摘 要:结核病是单因素所致的死亡率最高的感染性疾病。大量的遗传学研究表明,结核病是多基因与环境因素共同作用的结果。早在20世纪50年代,就有科学家研究发现不同种系的小鼠对结核病易感性有所不同,认为遗传学因素对易感型和抵抗型小鼠结核菌的感染和疾病进展不同起主要作用,而获得免疫也起了一定作用,但两型免疫能力的差异可能是由遗传因素决定。目前,结核病易感基因是国内外研究的热门,本文就这一领域的研究现状做一综述。TB causes the highest mortality rate in single factor infectious diseases.A lot of genetics researches show that TB happened due to much genetic and environmental factors that work together.Back in the 1950s,scientists found that different species of mice were different in tuberculosis susceptibility,and think that genetics factors played different effects on infection and progression of susceptibility type and resistant type in mice,and acquired immunity also played a role,but two types of immune ability may be caused by genetic factors.At present,the domestic and foreign research on susceptibility genes tuberculosis are hot,the research status of this field are introduced in this paper.
