摘　　要：农村群体性事件的鲜明特点决定了我们不能用一般的危机管理方法来应对。成功的农村群体性事件处置案例启示:社会动员是群体性事件应对中的关键环节。农村社会动员的重点对象是基层党组织、宗族力量和地方精英。基于他们在农村社会中的影响力和所起的作用,应高度重视并充分发挥其在农村社会治理中的作用。The striking characteristic of the rural mass incidents determined that we cannot reply with the common crisis management method.The successive case of the rural mass disturbance handling told us that the social mobilization plays a key role in coping with mass incidents.The key object in rural social mobilization is the grass-roots party organizations,clan strength and local elites.Based on their influence and function in the rural society,it must play full attention and give full play to the rural social governance.
