前列舒胶囊的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立前列舒胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对前列舒胶囊中黄柏、蒲公英、栀子、赤芍等进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。色谱柱:PHENOMENEXODSC18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(40:60)(每100ml含十二烷基磺酸钠0.1g);检测波长:345nm;流速:1ml/min;柱温:30℃。结果盐酸小檗碱在32.6～326.0ng范围内呈良好线性关系。平均回收率为96.84%,RSD为1.30%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为前列舒胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective To establish the quality standard of Qianlieshu capsule.Methods TLC were used to distinguish Huangbai,Pugongying,Zhizi and Chishao.HPLC were used for the deterimination of Berberine.The column was PHENOMENEX ODS C18（4.6 × 250 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase were acetonitrile0.1% phosphoric acid（40 ︰ 60）（including 0.1 g Sodium dodecyl sulfate per 100 ml） ;the detection wavelength at 345nm,flow rate at 1.0 ml/min and column temperature at 30℃ respectively.Results Berberine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 32.6 ～ 326.0ng,and the average recovery was 96.84% with RSD = 1.30%（n = 6）.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reliable and can be used as a quality standard for Qianlieshu capsule.
