摘  要:将纤维复合材料板(FRP)代替传统板式橡胶支座中的加劲钢板,可以得到一种新型的橡胶支座隔振器,即FRP橡胶支座。文中首先对FRP橡胶支座的概念及特点作了基本介绍,之后,为了了解其在竖向加载情况下的力学性能,为FRP橡胶支座竖向承载力及压缩刚度的设计提供了参考,利用通用有限元程序对FRP橡胶支座进行了有限元数值模拟,对支座在竖向加载作用下的力学性能进行了研究,讨论了支座的变形情况以及FRP加劲板应力的大小及分布情况,对比研究了由数值模拟、理论分析以及试验研究得到的FRP橡胶支座的压缩刚度。从对支座中FRP加劲板的应力情况以及支座的刚度性能可以看出,使用FRP加劲板替代板式橡胶支座中的加劲钢板来制作新型FRP橡胶支座是可行的。FRP rubber bearing,made by replacing the steel reinforcement in traditional laminated rubber bearing with fiber reinforcement,is a novel rubber isolator.The concept and the characteristics of FRP rubber bearing are introduced in this paper.To provide some references to the designing of the vertical bearing capacity and compression stiffness of FRP rubber bearing,the compression performance of the bearing is studied.The finite element model is set up.The deformation of the bearing and the stress distribution of the fiber reinforcement under a given pressure are discussed.Comparison of the compression stiffness values from different methods,including numerical method,analytical method and experimental method,is made to validate the modeling method used and the results shows that it is effective.The results of the stress in the fiber reinforcement and the compression stiffness of the bearing show that it is feasible to replace the steel reinforcement with fiber reinforcement to manufacture FRP rubber bearing with well compression performance.
