摘　　要：文章运用音形义互证、古代文献与现代口语互证、越语与其他吴语互证等方法,对《越谚》若干疑难条目进行考辨,考释了一些冷僻方俗字词,纠正了《〈越谚〉点注》及大型辞书一些解释错误。Combined with research methods such as cross certification of pronunciation,form and meaning,historical documents and modern spoken language,Yue（越） dialects and other Wu（吴） dialects,this paper tends to analyze somedifficult entries of Yue Yan（越谚）,explain some uncommon words and rectify some incorrect annotations in A Punctuation and Annotation on Yue Yan（越谚点注） and other large-scale dictionaries.
