摘 要:动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是引发心脑血管疾病的最重要的病理基础之一。传统观点认为AS斑块引起的动脉管腔狭窄是决定病情轻重的主要因素。最新研究表明,新生血管与AS斑块稳定性密切相关,AS斑块破裂而导致的急性冠脉综合征是引起重大心血管事件的主要原因之一。该文综述了AS斑块内血管新生与斑块稳定性的关联性,以及如何通过促进新生血管的成熟增强斑块稳定性。Atherosclerosis(AS)is an important pathological basis that causes cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Traditionally, it is believed that arterial lumen stenosis caused by atherosclerotic plaque is the main factor that determines the severity of an ailment. New researches show that the stability of atherosclerotic plaque is closely related with neovascularization. Acute Coronary Syndrome caused by atheroselerotie plaque rupture is one main cause of major cardiovascular events. This paper reviews the relationship between angiogenesis in atherosclerotic plaque and plaque stability, as well as how to enhance plaque stability by promoting the maturation of neovascularization.
