摘　　要：醛糖还原酶属于醛酮还原酶超家族中重要的一员,是糖代谢途径中多元醇通路的限速酶。醛糖还原酶通过调节细胞因子、生长因子、氧化应激等介导的细胞内信号转导通路,参与多种疾病病理过程。本文主要综述了醛糖还原酶在非糖尿病疾病中的最新研究进展。Aldose reductase belongs to aldo-keto reductase superfamily,which catalyzes the rate limiting step of the polyol pathwany.To date,emerging reports have suggested that aldose reductase mediates intracellular signal transduction pathways that triggered by cytokines,growth factors and oxidative stress.Then aldose reductase is involved in various of pathological processes of diseases.This paper summarized the role of aldose reductase in the non-diabetic diseases.
