摘  要:用改进Rose釜测定了甲醇-醋酸乙烯二元体系的常压(101.33 kPa)汽液平衡数据,结果表明甲醇-醋酸乙烯形成二元最低共沸物。试验数据通过了面积法热力学一致性检验,利用Wilson、NRTL、UNQUIC方程对试验数据进行关联和估算,得到了关联活度系数的参数值。汽相摩尔分数与试验值的最大相对偏差均<-0.011 9,用Wilson方程参数推算了共沸点温度为58.65℃,液相甲醇摩尔分数为0.610 2,与试验数据相一致。Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium data for methanol-vinyl acetate system was measured at 101.33 kPa by using a small equilibrium cell.The results showed that methanol and vinyl acetate system can form a minimum boiling azeotrope.Thermodynamic consistency of the experimental data was confirmed by means of herington method.The data was then correlated and calculated by Wilson equation,NRTL equation and UNQUIC equation respectively.Average relative deviations between the caculated values and the experimental data of gas molefraction were all less than 0.011 9.By Wilson equation the azeotropic boiling point for the experimental systemwas identified to be 58.65 ℃,and the azeotropic mole fraction of methanol is 0.610 2.These agree well with the experimental data.
