罗通定片对小鼠氯胺酮条件性位置偏爱的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同剂量的罗通定片对氯胺酮引起的条件性位置偏爱的影响。方法:将32只小鼠随机分入氯胺酮与生理盐水组(KS组),氯胺酮与罗通定片组即KL1组、KL2组、KL3组(罗通定片剂量分别为2.5 mg/kg,5 mg/kg,10 mg/kg),每组8只。接受条件性位置偏爱(CPP)试验。结果:剂量为15 mg/kg的氯胺酮可以诱导小鼠对伴药箱产生显著的CPP(P<0.01);测试前分别给予2.5 mg/kg和5 mg/kg的罗通定片可不同程度地降低氯胺酮诱导的CPP的表达(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:罗通定片对已形成的氯胺酮条件性位置偏爱效应具有一定的抑制作用,提示其有可能减轻氯胺酮的精神依赖。Objective：To observe the influence of rotundine tablets on the conditional place preference of ketamine-dependent mice.Methods：Thirty two mice were randomly divided into 4 groups： group KS（kietamine combined with 0.9% sodium chloride）,group KL1,group KL2,group KL3（ketamine combined with rotundine tablets 2.5,5 or 10 mg/kg respectively）,and the conditional place preference were performed.Results：15 mg/kg ketamine（intraperitoneal injection,ip） induced CPP（P〈0.01）.2.5 mg/kg and 5 mg/kg rotundine tablets inhibited the CPP induced by ketamine（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Rotundine tablets can prevent the psychic dependence induced by ketamine in mice.
