摘  要:研究Fe2O3、ZrO2、TiO2三种添加剂对白云石耐火材料烧结性能的影响。结果表明,当Fe2O3微粉掺加量在0~1%范围内、ZrO2微粉的掺入量0~1.5%范围内、TiO2微粉的掺入量0~2%范围内,随着微粉掺入量的增加,镁钙砖试样的体积密度增加,显气孔率降低,3种添加剂均能明显的改善白云石耐火材料的烧结性能。The three additives :Fe2O3,ZrO2,TiO2's effects to the sintering capability of the dolomite refractory were studied in this paper.The result showed that,when added 0~1% of Fe2O3 or 0~1.5% of ZrO2 or 0~2% of TiO2,the bulk density of the Mg-Ca brick samples were increased while the porosity rate were reduced with more additives,all these three additives could improve the sintering capability of the dolomite refractories remarkably.
