摘 要:简介了日本东丽、东邦Tenax和三菱丽阳3大碳纤维公司的产品研发历程及其复合材料的发展与主要市场开发近况,同时较详尽介绍国外对位芳酰胺和芳杂环类聚酰胺纤维的生产工艺及市场简况。最后,对这两大高性能纤维在未来10年的发展做了评估,指出目前全球聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)纤维的产能和产量均大于PAN基碳纤维,而10年内后者有望超过PPTA纤维。The R&D courses of products produced by Japan toray, Toho Tenax and mitsibishi Rayon 3 top carbon fibers companies and the development of their composite materials and main market developed recently were illustrated. In the same time, the foreign produceing technologies of para-Aramid and para-Aramid fibers based on polyamid benzimidazole and copolymers were introduced in detail, their markets were also introduced briefly. Finally, the developments of these two high performance fibers within 10 years later were estimated, and pointed out that the globel total capacities and production ofpoly p-phenylene terephthalamide (PPTA)fibers are more than PAN-based carbon fibers now, while within 10 year PPTAfibers will be expected to surpass by PAN-based carbon fibers.
