摘　　要：探讨了资金时间价值的概念、资金时间价值的衡量指标之一年金的概念、种类，着重对年金终值、年金现值的计算公式进行了推导．In this paper,we have discussed the comprehension of the concepts the time value of money and the annuity that is one of the standard for distinguishing the time value of money. The calculating formulations of the future value interest for annuity and the present value interest for annuity were also obtained.
