女大学生亚健康状态与气郁质关系的调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析亚健康状态与中医气郁质的关系与体质特征。方法按整群抽样法抽取广州市某医科大学在读各年级本科大学生共7000名作为调查对象,使用的调查问卷"中医体质量表"及本课题组编制的"亚健康自评量表",由调查员在体检时进行现场调查,问卷当场收回。由中医学专家根据调查问卷进行评价诊断,依据体检报告排除患有各种实质性疾病者后进行统计分析。结果医科院校学生亚健康总人数为3879人,占调查人数的62.51%。气郁质的亚健康大学生分布,女生明显(23.04%)高于男生(12.06%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其除具有气郁质的倾向性表现外,不少人还兼夹了血瘀、气虚、湿热等倾向。亚健康大学生在心理、社会方面表现比较突出。结论医科大学学生广泛存在亚健康状态,特别是心理、社会方面的问题,需要学校加强关注,积极预防亚健康的发生。Objective To study the characteristics of TCM described qi-depression among sub-healthy undergraduate students.Methods Through cluster sampling,7 000 undergraduate students of Guangzhou were surveyed by sub-health self-rating scale（SSS） and the constitution in Chinese medicine questionnaire（CCMQ）,and were divided into 9 TCM constitutions.Through field survey,the questionnaire was filled in by the subjects.According to Physical Examination Report and questionnaire diagnosis,students with substantial illnesses were eliminated.Results Firstly,the result showed that the total prevalence rate of sub-healthy condition among undergraduate students was 62.51%.Secondly,female（23.04%） is obviously has qi-depression more than male（12.06%）.The qi-depression showed significant difference among the 9 TCM constructions（P0.05）.It also includes the characteristics of dampness-heat,blood stasis and deficiency of vital energy.The sub-healthy students were more obvious in psychological and social problem.Conclusion There are many psychological and Society problems among sub-healthy undergraduate students.School should pay attention to the sub-healthy students and actively prevent the the occurrence of sub-healthy condition among the students.
