摘　　要：数字环境下,信息的载体形式得到了极大的丰富,信息量越来越大,用户希望能够快速、直接、有效的获取信息,这都促使图书馆必须调整资源建设的策略,逐渐适应内外部环境的变化,由单一的物理馆藏转变为物理馆藏与电子馆藏并进。本文以美国约翰霍普斯金大学Welch医学图书馆为例,研究其21世纪以来资源建设的概况、资源建设策略、资源建设实践等,为我国医学图书馆资源建设研究提供参考。With the development of all kinds of information carriers,people need more and more information and hope to get them through fast,direct and efficient way.The libraries should adjust resources developing strategies to these changes,which is representative from physical collections to both physical and electronical collections in this digital era.This paper took the Welch Medical Library of the Johns Hopkins University as an example,research on the resources overviews,collection development strategies and its practice in the 21st century.This analysis will be helpful to the further study of medical library construction in China.
