汽轮发电机定子铁心模态试验的测试研究

摘　　要：为了防止发电机定子铁心由于各种原因,造成定子铁心椭圆型模态振动频率与两倍频的径向电磁力发生共振而引发事故,必须对汽轮发电机定子铁心进行模态试验。通过利用发电机定子绕组端部振动模态测试仪器,只要在试验中注意选择灵敏度高的加速度传感器、分析频率采用0～500 Hz、参数设置的延迟时间选择要长等,就可以完成测定,提高发电机的安全运行水平。To prevent the resonance occur between the elliptic model frequency of the stator＇ core and the radial force with twice frequency,the modal of the stator core of the steam turbine generator must be tested.By using the equipment which test model of the generator stator winding ends,and choose the acceleration sensor with high sensitivity,the analysis frequency between 0 to 500Hz,and the longer delay time on parameter setting,the test can complete and improve the level in safe operation of generators.
