摘  要:对纳米碳酸钙进行了表面改性,并对改性后的碳酸钙进行了表征,填充在涂料中,对涂料性能进行考察。改性后碳酸钙表面有机膜使碳酸钙呈亲油性,降低表面能使粒子不易聚集,填充于涂料中,其柔韧性、硬度。The surface of nanometer CaCO3 powder was modified with stearic acid.The surface characterization of modified CaCO3 has been investigated by means of FTIR, TEM, etc.The results showed that the polarity and surface energy of nanometer CaCO3 powder were decreased.So this kind of nanometer CaCO3 was not easy to accumulate. The coating material filled with modified CaCO3 has better properties in hardness,flexibility and eveness than that filled with unmodified CaCO3.
