摘  要:从近年来国内外发生的大停电事故和电网大互联的稳定运行要求看,电网调度自动化系统是保障电网安全运行的重要工具。提出以智能电网调度技术支持系统为基础,实现电网调度的精细化管理。通过功能完善的智能电网调度技术支持系统进行电网风险防范,实现在线分析电网运行状态,实时对各重要电网断面进行"N-1"扫描和稳定计算分析,查找出电网实时运行中的薄弱环节,对电网稳定运行存在的主要问题进行提前预警,并给出合理的电网安全调整策略,使得电网稳定运行真正实现可控、能控和在控,减少电网运行风险。Looking back on blackouts occurred at home and abroad and interconnected power system stability,we can see dispatching automation system is an important tool to guarantee safety operation of the power system.A way to implement fine management of power system dispatching is proposed which is based on smartgrid dispatching technical support system.A smartgrid dispatching technical support system with multiple functions is used to prevent risks,performing online analysis of the operating conditions,real time N-1 scanning of key sections and make stability calculation analysis,locating vulnerable spots in real time operation,early warning against problems endangering stability operation of the power systems,giving out reasonable adjustment policy for power system.All this can assure that the power system operation is controllable and reduce the risks of the power system.
