继电保护整定计算参数安全性研究

摘　　要：针对广东电网当前继电保护整定计算参数获取、使用及管理过程中存在的安全隐患,提出建立参数电子文档管理系统、在整定软件中建立基于参数专家经验的参数正确性校核功能、完善实测参数处理方法、增加自动参数修改记录功能等安全策略来保证广东电网整定计算参数的安全性和完整性,为整定计算的正确性奠定了基础。In view of present hidden threats against safety in obtaining,using and management of calculation parameter for relay protection setting in Guangdong power Grid Corporation,the paper suggests to construct management system for electronic parameter files,establish function of parameter correctness proofreading based on expert advices in setting software,perfect processing method for measured parameters and add the function of automatic modification of parameter records and other safety policies for the sake of safety and integrity of calculation parameter for relay protection setting in Guangdong Power Grid Corporation,laying a solid foundation for correctness of setting calculation.
