摘 要:以马来酸酐为原料、过氧化氢为引发剂,水相法合成聚马来酸, 改变催化剂硫酸铁( Ⅲ) 铵的用量和反应温度,获得了催化剂用量和反应温度与溴值、粘度、阻垢率的关系, 探讨了该聚合物的溴值和粘度对其阻垢性能的影响, 同时对聚合物的用量与阻垢性能的关系也作了研究。实验结果表明, 聚马来酸的溴值、粘度对阻垢性能影响显著, 由反应条件控制产物的溴值、粘度可获得最佳阻垢效果。当聚合物用量达到一定值后,Poly maleic acid is prepared with maleic anhydride as reactant and peroxide of hydrogen as initiator in the solvent of water. The influences of the amount of catalyst and reaction temperature on its bromine value, viscosity, scale inhibition action are showed respectively by changing two reaction conditions including reaction temperature and the amount of catclyst. The effect of polymer's bromine value and its viscosity on inhibiting scale is also investigated. The relationship between the scale inhibition action and amount of polymer added is also discussed. The experimental results state that the bromine value and viscosity and amount of polymer affect inhibiting scale, the best efficiency of sacle inhibition can be obtained by controlling polymer's bromine value and viscosity according to reaction conditions. The efficiency of scale inhibition can not be enhanced when amount of polymer is added to certain degree.
