摘 要:研究了硅钙无机材料的掺入对污水处理厂剩余污泥的重力浓缩性能、污泥水水质、过滤比阻抗值、压缩系数等泥水分离性能的影响。结果表明,掺入适量的硅钙无机材料可以有效提高污泥沉降速率,使污泥体积指数(SVI)降为原来的2/3;污泥水浊度去除率为72%,总磷去除率为72%,CODCr提高了4倍;比阻抗值下降20%~25%,压缩系数提高了1.5倍;另外,硅钙无机材料的掺入可以适当降低污泥的含水率和固体中的有机物含量,调节污泥成分,使之更加符合污泥建材化的原料要求。The influences of calcium and silicon inorganic materials on capability of gravity concentration,quality of sludge,specific resistance and coefficient of compressibility of sludge from sewage treatment plant were investigated.The results showed that supplement of a certain amount of silicon and calcium inorganic materials could improve the speed of settlement effectively,sludge volume index(SVI) decreased 2/3 of original sludge;removal of turbidity of sludge water and TP was both 72%,but CODCr increased by 4 times;specific resistance decreased by 20%~25% and coefficient of compressibility was 1.5 times of original sludge.In addition,calcium and silicon inorganic materials could decrease moisture content and solid content of sludge,adjust components of sludge and make it better meet the requirement for building materials.
