摘  要:热送热装可实现炼钢—轧钢工序的节能降耗。介绍连铸坯热送热装技术在安钢高线的应用。实现无缺陷铸坯生产的措施:铁水预处理;钢水二次精炼;无氧化保护浇注;下渣检测;结晶器液面自动控制;低过热度;恒拉速浇注,正常拉速1.6~3.6 m/min;结晶器末端电磁搅拌,结晶器给水量不小于100 m3/h。轧制工艺的改进:不同钢种实施不同加热制度,并调整加热炉各段烧嘴的煤气流量;精轧采用E2F2孔型系统,对预精轧机实行甩机架轧制,使8~14 mm规格成品速度平均提高5~6 m/s。改进措施实施后,热装率达到40%,吨钢煤气消耗由2007年的102.8 m3降到2009年的80.4 m3。Hot delivery and charging can realize the energy saving and consumption reducing of steel making and steel roll- ing. The application of continuous casting billet hot delivery and charging technology to Angang high speed wire rod is introduced. To realize the measure of no defect billet production: mohen iron pretreatment, secondary refining of molten steel, protection casting of no oxidation, slag detection, automatic control of crystallizer, low superheat, constant casting speed and pouring, normal casting speed 1.6 - 3.6 m/min, electromagnetic stirring at the end of crystallizer, feed water control of crystallizer is no less than 100 m3/h. Rolling process improvement: different heating system is adopted on different kinds of steel, gas flow of heating furnace each segment burner is adjusted, E2F2 pass system is adopted at finishing rolling, the implementation of pretreatment milling rolling stand rejection, which increases speed of diameter 8 - 14 mm finished products about 5-6 m/s. After implementation, hot charging ration reaches 40% , gas consumption is decreased from 102.8 m3 per ton steel in 2007 to 80.4 m3 oer ton steel in 2009.
