摘　　要：南京正在以一个全新的姿态加入到软件城市的建设中来,软件业日益成为南京市调整产业结构、快速发展的"绿色引擎"。2009年以来,南京市软件企业取得了令人振奋的成绩,一批龙头企业走出了一条国际化、规模化、高端化的发展之路。在对南京多个软件园区调研的基础上分析了南京市软件业发展的现状和存在的问题,将南京市软件发展情况与国内其他软件城市作了比较分析,并提出了推进南京软件产业发展的对策分析。Currently,Nanjing is taking part in the construction of software city with a new attitude.The software industry will increasingly become the ＂green engine＂ in readjustment of the industrial structure and faster development of the city.Since the 2009,software enterprises of Nanjing have made exciting achievements;a group of leading enterprises went out the road of internationalization,scalization and high-end development.The writer analyses the current situation and problems in software industry in Nanjing based on survey in some software parks,compares the development of software industry in Nanjing with other domestic software cities and gives some feasible countermeasures.
