伊春国有林区生态安全动态研究

摘　　要：以伊春市2003～2008年的统计数据为基础,利用生态足迹模型对伊春国有林区的生态足迹、生态承载力进行分析,结果表明:从整体上看,伊春林区生态盈余较多,生态压力指数较小,处于安全状态,但是生态盈余度与生态压力指数整体呈下降趋势;从单个因子来看,草地均处于生态赤字状态,林地对伊春生态盈余的贡献率最大,剔除林地后的生态压力指数处于稍不安全状态。针对伊春生态安全现状,提出将生态足迹作为一种地方生态环境考核指标、通过合理规划来控制牧草地的开发利用、发展低耗能、低污染的绿色环保产业等建议。The ecological footprint model is used to analyze the ecological requirement and ecological supply that based on the statistical data from 2003 to 2008 year in Yichun state-owned forest area in this paper.The results show that the ecological surplus is much,the ecological pressure index is small,the ecology in a safe state,but looking from the single factor,the overall trend of the ecological surplus and ecological pressure index is declined on the whole;the forest land in ecological deficit state and contributed the most in ecological surplus.The ecological pressure index is in a state of insecurity when the Forest land factor is not taken into account.Finally,the comment is given that in view of Yichun ecological security.
