摘　　要：介绍9.00-16 16PR轻型载重斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径880 mm,轮胎断面宽215 mm,行驶面宽度165 mm,行驶面弧度高13 mm,胎圈着合直径406 mm,胎圈着合宽度254 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.911 3,花纹深度13.5,花纹饱和度20.86%,花纹周节数43,采用横向花纹设计。施工设计:胎体采用8层1870dtex/2V1和2层1870dtex/2V2锦纶66浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶66浸胶帘布;采用2B型成型机成型,硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,物理性能符合企业标准要求。A design of 9.00-16 16PR bias light truck tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 880 mm,cross sectional width 215 mm,width of running surface 165 mm,height of running surface 13 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 406 mm,bead width at rim seat 254 mm,cross-sectional level ratio（H1/H2） 0.911 3,pattern depth 13.5 mm,block/groove ratio 20.86%,pattern circular pitch 43,with the design of transverse pattern.In construction design,the following processes were taken：8 layers 1870dtex/2V1 and 2 layers 1870dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 66 cord for carcass ply,2 layers 930dtex/2V3 dipped nylon 66 cord for breaker ply;using 2B-type building machine to build tires,and curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard,and physical properties met the requirements of enterprise standard.
