呼吸机在重症肺大疱围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨研究呼吸机在重症肺大疱围手术期的应用价值。方法分析15例重症肺大疱手术患者围手术期呼吸机的应用并进行回顾性总结。结果 15例患者除一例因其他原因死亡外,其余患者均顺利恢复。14例患者中,呼吸机最短使用2 d,最长23 d,平均(6.8±3.8)d。呼吸机辅助呼吸的过程中,有5例出现对侧气胸。14例患者术后肺功能均有不同程度的改善。其中血PaCO2降低最明显。结论呼吸机辅助呼吸对重症肺大疱围手术期的恢复有重要作用。Objective To study the application of ventilator in the peri-operative period of gravis pulmonary bulla.Methods we summarized retrospectively the use of ventilator in the peroperative period of 15 cases with gravis pulmonary bulla.Results One case died,and other 14 cases achieved satisfactory efficacy.the ventilator time was 2～23 days,mean（6.8±3.8） days.5 cases occurred contralateral pneumothorax.The pulmary function of all 14 cases improved after operation,among which the decrease of PaCO2 was the most obvious.Conclusion The ventilator is very import for peri-operative period of gravis pulmonary bulla.
