联合参麦注射液、低分子肝素钙、酚妥拉明治疗肺心病难治性心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用参麦注射液、低分子肝素钙、酚妥拉明治疗肺心病难治性心力衰竭的价值。方法 72例慢性肺心病患者分为治疗组40例,对照组32例。对照组给予常规内科治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上联合应用参麦注射液、酚妥拉明,每日1次;低分子肝素钙,1次/12 h,连用7～10 d,观察疗效。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液、低分子肝素钙、酚妥拉明联合治疗肺心病难治性心力衰竭疗效良好,有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the combination application of Shenmai injection with Low Molecular Heparins Calcium and Phentolamine in the treatment of pneumocardial disease with refractory heart failure.Methods All 72 patients with chronic cardiopulmonary disease were divided into treatment group（40 cases）and control group（32 cases.The patients in control group were administered routine medical treatment.The patients in treatment group were administered combination Senmai injection with Low Molecular Weight Heparins Calcium and Phentolamine（7～10 days）,on the base of routine medical treatment.The treatment effctiveness was compared between two groups.Results the curative effect in treatment group was superior to control group（P〈0.05.Conclusion Senmai injection combined with low molecular heparins calcium and phentolamine can decrease pulmonary artery pressure,reduce blood viscosity,and enhance myocardial contractile foroe in treatment of refractory heart failure with pulmonary heart disease.
