摘　　要：低龄职务犯罪心理的形成是多种不良心理因素和外部环境相互作用的结果。及时、准确、合理的刑罚和其他非刑罚制裁措施能够有效增加低龄职务犯罪分子的犯罪成本,破除其侥幸冒险心理;严厉惩罚的震慑作用也能使其自我调节结构要素发挥作用,抑制弱化犯罪心理的形成,从而达到减少低龄职务犯罪的作用。The form of criminal mind is the interaction results of many bad psychologic factors and external enviornement.Different form other violent offense or crime of passion,duty cirme conducted by young age people includes rational choice.The right,in-time and proper criminal punishment and other punishiment measures can inrease crime costs effectively.This kind of crime should be restriced by breaking the risk and fluke mind.And the heavy punishiment also can make the self-adjustment structure play a role in reducing it,and limite the development of criminal mind.
