摘　　要：本文研究了在分户热计量方式下供暖系统的变流量压差控制。首先建立了供暖系统中的压差模型,在现场布置和控制过程中实施了压差控制方案;然后利用LOGO!控制器对相关数据采集与分析,通过程序设计对压差信号进行检测与判断,并输出相应的控制动作来调节压差;最后以新疆广汇某小区用户为例进行试验,结果表明:通过控制供暖系统的压差可以达到整个供暖系统流量的动态平衡,节能效果明显约40%,提高了热用户的舒适度,为分户热计量的推广打下基础。Variable flow pressure control in household heat metering heating system was studied in this paper.First the pressure heating system model was established,the control programs were pressured from the site layout and the implementation of the control process;Then the data related with the control process was acquainted and analyzed by the LOGO! Controller,and design of differential pressure through the program to detect and determine the signal,and then the appropriate control action to adjust the pressure was output;Finally,a district of Xinjiang Guanghui example to test users,the results show that： From controlling the pressure heating system can achieve the dynamic balance of the entire flow of the heating system,energy saving was about 40%,increase the thermal user comfortable and lay the foundation for the promotion of household heat metering.
