压力泵对妇科盆腔手术后患者预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨压力泵(IPC)对妇科盆腔手术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的预防作用。方法将60例妇科盆腔手术患者按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各30例。研究组于手术后即介入IPC进行双下肢多腔气囊顺序充放气,形成对肢体和组织的循环压力;对照组则于手术后按常规方法进行下肢股四头肌舒缩、踝泵运动以及膝关节屈伸活动。结果研究组仅发生1例下肢DVT,对照组发生7例下肢DVT,2组下肢DVT发生率差异有统计学意义(3.3%vs 23.3%,P<0.05)。结论应用IPC对妇科盆腔手术患者下肢进行多腔气囊顺序充放气,可减少下肢DVT的发生。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of intermittent pneumatic compression（IPC） on lower extremity deep vein thrombosis（DVT） after pelvic surgery in gynecological patients.Methods Sixty gynecological patients who underwent pelvic surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The experimental group received IPC with multi-cavity balloon for gas inflation and deflation to form circulation pressure on the limbs.The control group was instructed to perform relaxation and contraction of quadriceps,ankle pump exercise,and knee flexion and extension activities by conventional method.Results The incidence of DVT in experimental group（3.3%,1 patient） was significantly lower than that in control group（23.3%,7 patients）（P0.05）.Conclusion IPC can significantly reduce the incidence of lower extremity DVT in gynecological patients undergoing pelvic surgery.
