铒YAG激光辅以胶原蛋白贴治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕

摘　　要：目的:探讨铒YAG激光辅以胶原蛋白贴治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕临床疗效。方法:痤疮形成瘢痕100例随机分组,治疗组给予铒YAG激光磨削结束后加以胶原蛋白贴敷贴,1次/d,每次30分钟;对照组给予铒YAG激光治疗后涂红霉素眼膏,3次/天,两组均无须包扎,疗程2周。结果:随访(3-6)个月两组有效率均为100%,治疗组色素沉着发生2例,占4%,对照组发生8例,占16%,差异有显著性意义(χ2=4.0,p<0.05)。结论:铒YAG激光辅以胶原蛋白贴敷料治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效明确,术后色素沉着少,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of depressed acne scars by Erbium YAG laser combined with collagen paste.Methods： 100 cases of acne scarring were classified into two groups at random,the cases in the treatment group were given the collagen paste after Erbium YAG laser resurfacing,once/d,30min,each time;the collagen paste was given in the control group after the Erbium YAG laser treatment of thin coated erythromycin ointment,3 times / d,the cases in the two groups need not even be dressed for 2 weeks.Results： The follow-up lasted 3 to 6 months,the cases in the two groups were 100% effective,in the treatment group hyperpigmentation occurred in 2 cases,accounting for 4% of that in the control group occurred in 8 cases,16%,the difference was significant（χ2 = 4.0,p0.05）.Conclusions： The erbium YAG laser with collogen pastes of the surgical dressing can cure depressed facial acne scar effectively,the pigmentation are few,the technique is worth further promoting in the clinical application.
