汶川、玉树地震救援对卫生防疫应急准备的启示

摘　　要：分析2008年5月12日四川省汶川地震、2010年4月14日青海省玉树地震灾区卫生防疫救援的特点、难点,提出将地震救灾应急准备作为灾害应对周期的起点,通过演练完善应急预案,训练提升救灾能力和物资装备建设,打造专业救援队伍的途径,做好地震救灾应急准备。Analyzed the characteristics and difficuhies of Sanitation and epidemic prevention arrangementduring the episodes of the Wenchuan earthquake and the Yushu earthquake and proposed proper preparations in peacetime should be criticalto the sanitation and epidemic prevention plan in similar events in the future. It suggested that 1 ）emending emergency reaction plan by regular drillings; 2 ）promoting rescue techniques by training; and 3 ）capability buildup of professional rescue teams via dedicated critical materials reservation.
