祖国大陆居民赴台旅游安全现状、特征及应对策略

摘　　要：采用案例研究的方法,分析了大陆居民赴台旅游安全的现状、原因与基本特征。分析发现:重大疾病类、交通安全类、政治信仰与文化冲突类旅游安全事故发生的次数最多,自然灾害类、重大疾病类和交通安全类旅游安全事故导致游客伤亡最严重;总体上,大陆居民赴台旅游较为安全,但大陆居民自身原因导致的安全事故十分突出,自然灾害等因素对大陆居民旅游安全影响较大。进而提出了加强旅游安全输出管理、提高旅游安全保障水平、完善赴台旅游安全管理制度等措施。By case study method,the situation and characteristics of tourism security about the mainland residents to Taiwan are analyzed,and it is found that accidents of major diseases,tourist traffic accidents,and political beliefs and cultural conflict occurred most frequently;natural disaster accident,major disease accident;and tourist traffic accidents caused the most serious injuries.Overall,mainland residents tourists in Taiwan are quite in security,however,mainland residents own causing accidents is very conspicuous.Natural disaster gives more impacts on tourism security.Some safeguard measures are proposed including enhancing outbound management for tourism safety,establishment of outbound travel safety monitoring and warning system for tourists to Taiwan,etc.
