摘　　要：科技兴农是新时期发展现代农业的重要举措之一。福建省农业科学院以加强农业科技创新为宗旨,通过组建创新团队、加强团队管理、建设创新平台、强化种质资源等工作途径,培育优势学科集群、营造良好的科研环境、优化整合种质资源体系,不断增强自主创新能力,提高综合竞争水平,全面提升科技服务"三农"的质量和水平。Developing agriculture by science and technology is one of the important measures to develop modern agriculture in the new era.To strengthen agricultural scientific and technological innovation as a goal.Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences has built an innovation staff,and strengthened its management,while offered conditions for innovation,and integrated germplasm resources system,so as to develop dominant disciplines cluster,create favorable environment for research,optimize germplasm resources,improve the capability of independent innovation,enhance comprehensive competitiveness,and overall raise the quality and level of science and technology to serve agriculture,countryside and farmers.
