摘　　要：植物新品种DUS测试指南已成为各国农业技术性贸易措施的重要内容。文章分析了我国植物新品种DUS测试指南面临的国内外形势,结合我国植物新品种保护体系构建,分析了自主制定国家DUS测试指南的必要性和重要性,并提出了我国植物新品种DUS测试指南研制策略。DUS test guide for new plant species has become an important content of agricultural technological trade measures in various countries.The situation at home and abroad for DUS test guide for new plant species in China is analyzed.Meanwhile,to integrate it with building a protection system of new plant species in China,the necessity and importance to work out a national DUS test guide are discussed,accordingly the strategy to work out DUS test guide for new plant species in China is proposed.
