摘　　要：地方电视台改革已经走向"保留事业性质,实行企业化管理"的方向,所以地方电视台在管理上也应尽快转变,这样才能适应新的挑战。拟就地方电视台在管理中的转变,提出六点建议,以期加快地方电视台改革的步伐。The local TV station reform has stepped into the stage of ＂ remaining the nature of the governmental institutions and carrying out the enterprise-styled management for government-funded institutions ＂,so the management mode of the local television stations should be changed accordingly to adapt to the new management situation.The paper put forward six suggestions which should be carried out in the management modes for the local TV stations in order to accelerate the reform of the local TV stations management.
