摘　　要：从湖南食品产业发展的现状来看,湖南食品产业虽然呈现出持续快速增长态势,产业集聚度逐步提高,研发平台体系得到初步建立,但"短板"仍然不少,与农业发达省份比,差距十分明显。为加快发展湖南食品产业,尽快跻身全国十强,湖南省委省政府对食品产业发展高度重视,把食品产业作为推进新型工业化发展的重点产业来抓,对食品产业发展给予多方面的政策扶持。From the current situation of the Hunan food industry,although it shows a sustaining and rapid growth situation.The degree of industry concentration gradually increases,and the research and development platform system has been initially established,but the ＂short board＂ still exists a lot.Compared with the developed-agriculture provinces,the gap is very obvious.To speed up the development of Hunan food industry and get into the national top ten industries as soon as possible,Hunan provincial government attaches great importance to the food industry,making it as a key industry of promoting the development of newly-industrialized industry and gives the development of the food industry a wide range of policy supports including financial support,tax support,and financial support,etc.
