合理利用网络心理咨询,增强高校“心育”的实效性

摘　　要：高校传统的心理咨询模式因其固有的缺陷,逐渐受到大学生们的诟病。而网络心理咨询作为一种新兴的心理咨询模式,因其服务形式的多样性、开放性、便捷性、匿名性受到大学生们的热烈欢迎,也受到越来越多研究者的关注。作为高校心理健康教育工作者,要合理利用网络心理咨询,扬长避短,增强高校心理健康教育的实效性。The inherent defects in traditional models of college psychological counseling have been criticized by students gradually.Online psychological counseling,however,being an emerging psychological counseling model,is warmly welcomed by students due to the diversity,openness,convenience and expeditiousness in its service form,and more and more attracts attention of scholars.Staff of college psychological health education should make use of psychological counseling online,utilizing its advantages to avoid the shortcomings of traditional models,to enhance the effectiveness of psychological education in colleges.
