摘  要:采用自适应跟踪探头聚焦轨迹算法研究了自适应聚焦技术,通过控制三维精密工作台实现了弧型电触头钎焊界面的 C扫描超声检测。对于弧型表面,以往的超声 C扫描造成图象失真,影响检测可靠性和分辨率,产生误检。实验表明,采用自适应聚焦技术,检测准确,效果良好。A novel technology of adaptive focusing that serves to the ultrasonic C scan imaging testing of electric contact brazing interface with arc surface by controlling the three dimensional precision working table, has been developed by presenting the algorithms of adaptive following the tracks of transducer focusing.The traditional C scan systems usually bring a distortion image that is deleterious to the reliability and resolution , and result in wrong conclusion in non destructive testing when detect the arc surface contact.Good results can be achieved by applying the self adapting focusing technology.
