摘　　要：目的:为贯彻落实医药卫生体制改革,贯彻以"病人为中心"的理念,规范临床护理工作,切实加强基础护理,改善护理服务,提高护理质量,保障病人安全。方法:解读、领会文件精神,把握重点内容,做好动员宣传发动工作,制定开展优质护理服务示范工程活动实施方案,确定1个"优质护理服务试点病房"并组织实施。结果:试点病房护理质量全面提高,护患沟通与信任度增进,护患关系得到明显改善,患者和家属的满意度提高。结论:做好基础护理是落实整体护理的切入点,是落实整体护理、提高专业水平的基石,是保障医疗安全、和谐医患关系的重要环节和途径。Objectives： To implement the reform of medical and health system and patient-oriented concept, and to standardize clinical nursing, strengthen basic nursing, improve nursing service and ensure patients＇ safety. Methods： Implementation plan of high-quality nursing service demonstration activity was carried out and one high-quality nursing service pilot ward was fixed after deep understanding of the document and well-prepared propaganda work. Results： The nursing quality of the pilot ward was comprehensively improved both in nurse-patient communication arid trust and in patient＇s and their family＇s satisfaction degrees. Conclusion： Good basic nursing work is the breakthrough point of holistic nursing and the cornerstone of improving prnfessional standards, as well as the important channel of medical safety and harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
