摘 要:对于单桩竖向承载力不能满足设计要求的钻孔灌注桩可以根据实际情况采用桩端后压浆技术进行处理,以提高桩端桩侧的承载力,以满足设计与规范要求。通过钻孔灌注桩桩端后压浆技术的增强机理和施工工艺,并结合沈阳盛世长安项目对4根桩端注浆桩和2根未注浆桩进行静载试验。实验结果表明:注浆桩单桩竖向极限承载力比非注浆单桩竖向极限承载力提高50%以上。The vetical bearing capacity of single bored pile could not meet the needs of design and specification,so the post-grouting technique for bored pile tip would be used for treatment according to actual situation in order to improve the bearing capacity of pile tip and pile side.With the researches on the enhancement mechanism and construction technology of post-grouting technique for bored pile,and combined with the site test results,the bearing performances of six piles of Shenyang Shengshi Chang'an project are tested, the four of them are post-grouting for the pile tip and the other two are no post-grouting.According to the results of the static loading tests,it is showed that the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single grouting pile could increase more than 50% that of no post-grouting.
