摘  要:目的探讨检查床在有、无负重,不同负重状态下,硬件配准误差对单光子发射计算机断层成像技术/计算机体层摄影(SPECT/CT)同机融合图像质量的影响。材料与方法制作放射线源模型,在检查床有、无负重,负重不同状态下分别进行SPECT/CT图像采集,进行同机图像融合后用图像软件分析并测量SPECT与CT融合图像偏差程度。结果检查床上0负荷时同机图像融合配准较准确,两种图像中心偏移平均2mm。加载50kg与100kg重量后,床位移动过程中Y轴会出现偏差,最大偏差为4.3mm,平均偏差为2.3mm,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在负重状态下床位变化导致SPECT/CT同机图像融合配准有细微偏差,但不会影响图像融合质量。Purpose To investigate the effect of table load changes on SPECT/CT hybrid imaging registration. Materials and Methods The SPECT/CT was performed with a radioactive linear model and loading with different weight or at different positions on exam table. The images were fused and the excursion extent between SPECT and CT images was analyzed. Results Without load there was no excursion on X and Z axes between the radioactive dot and its shell on fusion images while the average excursion on Y axis was 2.0 mm. After adding 50 kg or 100 kg load on the table, the average excursion on Y axis was 2.3 ram. The maximum excursion on Y axis was 4.3 mm with 100 kg load. However the difference of the Y-distortion was not statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion The registration and fusion quality of SPECT/CT hybrid imaging is not significantly affected by table load.
