摘  要:目的考察女性受试者在15 d-6°头低位卧床模拟失重条件下再认记忆和前瞻记忆的变化趋势。方法 22名女性受试者进行-6°头低位卧床。在卧床前5 d、卧床期间(第5,10天)及卧床后(第5天)同步考察卧床组和对照组的再认记忆、基于事件的前瞻记忆、基于时间的前瞻记忆能力,对受试者所采取的策略进行记录。结果卧床组比对照组的再认记忆成绩增长趋势更明显,基于时间的前瞻记忆成绩波动更显著,卧床组基于事件的前瞻记忆成绩与对照组无显著差异。未发现卧床组的补偿努力结果。结论 15 d-6°头低位卧床模拟失重条件下,再认记忆能力及基于事件的前瞻记忆能力没有受到显著损害,自我启动较多的基于时间的前瞻记忆能力受到一定干扰。Objective To study the influence of 15 d-6° head-down bed rest(HDBR)simulated weightlessness on women's recognition memory and prospective memory.Methods Twenty-two female subjects underwent a 15-d period of HDBR.The recognition memory,the event-based prospective memory and time-based prospective memory of subjects in HDBR and control group were investigated on 5 d before and after HDBR,on the 5th,10th day of HDBR respectively.Results The growth of recognition memory scores in HDBR group was more marked than that in the control group,and the scores of the time-based prospective memory of the experimental group achieved significant fluctuation.The scores between event-based prospective memory of HDBR group and control group had no difference.There was no compensation in HDBR group.Conclusion In 15 d-6° HDBR simulated weightlessness conditions,there is no obvious impairment in recognition memory and event-based prospective memory,but the time-based prospective memory which needs more self-start has been influenced at certain degree.
