摘  要:目的观察3种不同复温方法对海水浸泡性体温过低兔的复温效果。方法健康新西兰兔随机分为3组,每组10只,经(21.0±0.5)℃人工模拟海水浸泡兔至肛温30℃,分别采用自然、水浴、复合碳纤维远红外线3种方法复温至肛温35℃,记录各组所用复温时间及复温以后体温下降度数。分别于浸泡前、复温前及复温3 h后静脉采血,测定血浆丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(super-oxide dismutase,SOD)含量。结果水浴组和远红外线组复温时间明显快于自然组(P<0.01);远红外线组复温后体温后降幅度最小(P<0.01);复温3 h后远红外线组血浆SOD活性明显高于水浴组和自然组,MDA含量明显低于水浴组和自然组(P<0.01)。结论复合碳纤维远红外线装置用于救治海水浸泡性体温过低兔,其复温速度快、体温后降幅度小;对机体有明显的保护性生物学效应。Objective To investigate the rewarming effects of different methods for the hypothermic rabbits immersed in artificial sea water.Methods Healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 rewarming groups: spontaneous group,warm bath group and far-infrared group.All rabbits were immersed in artificial sea water(21.0 ℃±0.5 ℃) to a stable rectal temperature of 30 ℃ and then rewarmed by following methods: 1)spontaneous,with thick blanket;2)with warm bath(40 ℃);3) electric heating with far-infrared generated by composite carbon fiber device.The blood in the jugular vein was collected to measure the levels of plasma MDA and SOD after 3 h of rewarming.Results There were statistical differences among the mean rewarming time of 3 groups(P〈0.01).The after-drop range of body temperature of the far-infrared group was significantly less than that in warm bath and spontaneous groups(P〈0.01).Plasma SOD activity of the far-infrared group was significantly higher than that of other two groups(P〈0.01).Plasma MDA level of the far-infrared group was significantly less than that of other two groups(P〈0.01).Conclusion Rewarming treatment for hypothermia with far-infrared can save rewarming time,decrease the after-drop temperature range,increase plasma SOD activity and reduce plasma MDA level.It is of protective biological effects from hypothermia.
