摘　　要：我国公立医院公益性的内涵和路径一直存在着四大学派的争议,通过对这些争议的反思,重构公益性的本质内涵和实现路径。There has been controversial of the four schools for connotation and path of our public hospital commonweal, through reflection of these controversial to reconstruct essence and its realization of commonweal.
