摘　　要：介绍了流式细胞仪的结构、工作原理及软件的主要功能,在仪器的维护保养方面进行了详细地叙述。结合笔者工作实际,介绍了用流式细胞仪对鸡外周血淋巴细胞亚群分析结果。This article describes the structure of flow cytometry,how it works and the main functionality of the software,in the area of maintenance of the instrument are described in detail.In conjunction with our own actual work,the author analyzed the results by flow cytometric peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in chicken.
