摘　　要：高校实验室是进行教学和科研的重要基地,也是培养学生动手能力和创新精神的重要场所。结合生化与分子生物学实验室建设与管理的实践,对实验室条件建设和实验室人员、仪器设备、安全与环境、实验室开放管理等方面进行了探讨和论述。The laboratory is the important base where the university carries on teaching and scientific research,is also the important place to train student＇s manipulative ability and innovation spirit.Combining with the practical of construction and management of biochemistry and molecular biology laboratory,this paper discusses laboratory construction and management about laboratory personnel,equipment,safety and laboratory opening.
