摘　　要：氨溴索是一种新型粘液溶解剂,近年研究表明,它除了祛痰作用外,还有多种药理作用。该文就氨溴索雾化吸入在防治术后肺部并发症中的应用近况作一简单的综述,着重介绍其在防治术后肺部并发症的作用机理、临床应用效果、用药时机、不良反应、配伍禁忌等有关问题。The latest research shows that ambroxol is a kind of new mucus solvent. In addition to its expectorant effects, there are a variety of pharmacological effects. This paper reviews the application of aerosol inhalation of ambroxol in prevention and troament of pulmonary complications of postoperative patients in recent years, focused on its mechanism, efficacy, timing of medicine, adverse reaction, incompatibility of drugs in a prescription, and so on.
