低原纤化天丝纤维特细紧密纺纱线的生产实践

摘　　要：LF型是Tencel纤维家族中的一类低原纤化纤维,为生产特细Tencel(LF)纤维的紧密纺纱线,必须选择其细特纤维原料,并针对原料特性,通过生产实践,优化主要工序工艺参数、关键器材及采取相应的技术措施,加强过程控制与管理,严格控制有关工序温湿度,成功纺出Tencel(LF)7.3 tex紧密纺纱线,质量达到了喷气织机用纱要求。The type LF is a low fibrillation of Tencel.Processing of producing Tencel（LF）7.3 tex compact yarn was discussed.Through selecting fine Tencel（LF）material,according to raw material property and test,processing parameter in each process was optimized,key device and necessary technology measures were adopted,temperature humidity in relative process were controlled strictly,cleanness management was strengthened.Finally Tencel（LF）7.3 tex compact yarn was made successfully,whose quality could reach the yarn level of air jet loom.
