舒洛地特联合前列腺素E1对老年代谢综合征合并微量白蛋白尿患者CGRP及UAER的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨老年代谢综合征(MS)合并微量白蛋白尿(MA)患者的尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)和血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平的变化,观察舒洛地特联合前列腺素E1的疗效。方法检测MS合并MA患者的一般临床指标,并测量治疗前、治疗1个月、3个月后患者CGRP和UAER的水平。结果 CGRP和UAER治疗前各组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,B、C、D三组水平较治疗前明显升高或下降(P<0.05),与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,B、C、D三组水平较治疗前进一步升高或下降(P<0.01),与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论舒洛地特和前列腺素E1对老年代谢综合征合并微量白蛋白尿患者的CGRP和UAER水平有显著影响。Objective To observe the changes of urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER）and calcitnnin gene-related peptide（CGRP）in the treatment of metabolic syndrome with microalbuminuria in the eldenly patients by sulodexide and prostaglandin E1.Methods The changes of general clinic indexes were detected in patients with metabolic syndrome and microalbminuria and urinary albumin excretion rate,CGRP were detected before treatment,after one month and three months of prostaglandin E1 and sulodexide treatment.Results The levels of UAER and CGRP had no apparent changes in every group before treatment（P0.05）,and they decreased or increased after one month of treatment by prostaglandin E1 or sulodexide therapy（P0.05）.The levels of UAER and CGRP decreased after three months of treatment by prostaglandin E1 or sulodexide therapy（P0.01）.There were significant differences in the indexes of the two growps（P0.01）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of prostaglandin E1 and sulodexide are good in patients with metabolic syndrome and microalbuminia,moreover,the levels of UAER and CGRP changed after therapy.
