气相色谱法测定卵磷脂络合碘片在人体中的血药浓度

摘　　要：目的采用气相色谱法测定人血浆中卵磷脂络合碘片(沃丽汀)的血药浓度,为进一步进行药代动力学研究提供方法学依据。方法采用CV-1701型色谱柱(50 mm×0.53 mm),柱温105℃。氮气流速10mL/min,汽化室温度:230℃。检测器温度260℃。结果卵磷脂络合碘在2.0～10μg/dL范围内线性关系良好;标准曲线方程:A=106 977.319 C+5 499 093.095(r=0.999 2);精密度RSD为(1.66±0.84)%(n=6);平均回收率为(99.2±1.7)%,RSD为1.72%(n=6)。结论该方法准确,灵敏度高,适用于沃丽汀药代动力学的研究。Objective GC method was used for the determination of Jolitin（Lodized lecithir）in plasma to provide the methodology basis for dynamic research.Methods CV-1701 chromatographic column（50 mm×0.53 mm）,column temperature was 105 ℃.Nitrogen flowing speed was 10 mL/min,temperature of gaseous room was 230 ℃,and detector temperature was 260 ℃.Results Good linearity was obtained from 2.0 to 10 μg/dL.The standard curve was A=106 977.319C＋5 499 093.095,and the coefficient was 0.999 2;The precision was（1.66%±0.84%）（n=6）;The average recovery of method was（99.2%±1.7%）,RSD was 1.72 %（n=6）.Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive,it can be used for monitoring Jolitin concentration in plasma.
